职位描述: 1)Jobdescription: Providemanagementandguidancetomulti-functionalprojectteamsincludingplanandadministerpoliciesrelatingtoallphasesoftheProjectManagement(PM)activitiesbyperformingthefollowingdutiespersonallyorthroughsubordinatesupervisors. 2).Requirements -FluentinspokenandwrittenEnglish -Quicklearner -Goodcommunicationskillsandactiveteamplayer -Aggressive,Patient,honest,responsible,helpfulandcanworkunderpressure -Abilitytohandlemulti-tasks -Minimum4yearsworkingexperience,atleast2yearsworkingonPM -Bachelordegreeandabove,majorinMechanicalorelectromechanicsEngineering -Experienceonlargescaleequipmentorheavymachineryindustryisprefer 3).Responsibilities: A.Actasacoordinatorbetweencustomersandthecompany’sinterdepartmentpersonneltoensureoptimumcustomer’srequiredstandardsandneeds. 负责项目计划的编制和执行，落实项目所需的资源调配 i.Prepare,reviewandupdateProjectExecutePlanandrelevantProjectdocument.Planandmakeallresourcesneededfortheprojectsbeavailableattheappropriatetime. 计划并协调设计、生产控制、送货、安装、调试和验收测试过程等的事务 ii.Coordinatethedesign,purchasing(materialflow),manufacturing,testing(factoryacceptancetest&customeracceptancetest),shipping,installation,andtuningetc…activities. 提前识别项目中风险，并和相关部门提出预防对策。 iii.Identifyanyriskbeforeand/orwhenrunningtheproject,andcoordinatewiththerelevantdepartmenttobringthesolutioninplace. 负责编制项目安装计划及安装所需材料清单，组织落实安装所需的人员、设备、材料，监督检查安装质量 iv.Alwaysstayonthetopoftheinstallation,andtuningfortheproductinthejobsite.Planinadvancedfortheschedule,manpower,tooling/equipment,andgainthenecessaryinformation. 项目最终验收后，负责回顾总结项目运行情况报告，提出需改善的方面及措施 v.Summarizeandorganizethelessonlearnafterprojectisinservice,coordinatetheteamtobringouttheimprovement. 客户服务协调、支援 vi.Customertechnicalsupport B.Providedailycommunicationandcorrespondencetocustomerandtheinterdepartmentonallissuesrelated. C.Reviewthedeliveryandmaterialstatus,expeditingthedeliveryofgoodsand/ormaterial. D.Updatedeliveryschedule,negotiatethedeliveryscheduleandorderconfirmation.
