职位描述: Duties ： 工作职责 -Divisionassignee(DA)actsas“Procurementhead”ofrespectivedivisionsatATC,responsibleforallpurchasingrelatedtopicsofdomesticandinternationalbusinessoftherespectivedivisions. -DivisionassigneesarethemaincontactpersonfordomesticorinternationalbusinessandbusinesspartnersforallpurchaserelatedtopicsattheChinesesuppliers. -He/SheisrepresentingGPCatrespectivedivisionstomanageallprocurementtopics; -He/SheisrepresentingdivisionsatGPCtogetnecessarysupport;and -He/Sheisrepresentingdivisionstowardsglobalforallprocurementrelatedtopics. -His/HerannualtargetwillbegivenjointlybyrespectivedivisionandGPC. -He/Sheisresponsiblefordevelopingsourcingstrategyformajorproductsanddrivingthestrategicprocurementanddivisionforrealizationandimplementation. -Inthedailybusiness,he/sheisresponsibleformanaging/coordinatingallprocurementrelatedtopics,whichincludespurchasing,orderingandexpediting,toachievethecostandtimetargets.TheywillbesupportedbywholeGPC. -Additionally,DAisresponsibleforsourcing,negotiationofparts,whicharenotcoveredbyCMC(“Divisionspecificparts”). -Fortheprojectbusiness(e.g.:K),he/sheisresponsibleforheadingandcoordinatingprojectnominatedteamincludingpurchasing,expediting,SQCandlogistic.Theteamisresponsibleforbudgetachievement,ontimedeliveryandquality. -Insomeareas(e.g.:K),becauseofthelinkageofdivisions,thereisanoverall“DAteamleader”forthewholeareasinplace,thedivisionassigneeswithintheseareas(e.g.:KRB,KW,KFT)arereportingtothe“DAteamleader”functionallyaswell.TheyarebuildingaDAteamundertheleadershipof“DAteamleader”responsibleforallprocurementtopicsintherespectivearea.
