职位描述: AssistantManager,FinancialCrimeComplianceandRegulatoryCompliance(FCC&RC) Description AssistingthesiteLocalComplianceOfficer(LCO)/Manager,Compliance(MC)toadviseonandfacilitatethemanagementofallrelatedcomplianceriskfortheGSCsite/legalentityinwhichthejobholderislocated. SitecomplianceriskmanagementTodischargeComplianceOfficeraccountabilitiesbypro-activelyassistingmanagementinidentifyingandcontainingcompliancerisk,monitoring,reportingandcertification,fosteringacompliancecultureandoptimisingrelationswithregulators’.AssisttheLCO/MCinimplementinghomeandhostcountryregulatoryrequirementsandprovidetimelyadviceoncomplianceissues.NurturecomplianceculturewithinthesiteBusinessPartnerComplianceAssisttheLCOinensuringallprocessesonsitereceiveadequatecomplianceoversighttofulfillBPCompliance(BPCMP)expectations,i.e.delegatedresponsibilitiesareeffectivelyaddressed.AssisttheLCOinmaintainingacooperativerelationshipwithBPCMPandsupporttheminmanagingthecomplianceriskfortheworkintheGSCsite.ROPUtiliseresourcesefficientlyandminimisemiscellaneousexpenditure.Manageexamexpenditureforself.SiteOperationsandotherFunctionsInteractwithOperationsandotherfunctionsonroutinebasistofullycommunicateriskandcomplianceissuesanddriveimprovements.EstablishclosecoordinationwithotherRiskcontrolfunctionsintheexecutionofplans.Establishclosecoordinationwithothersiteenablingfunctions,includingMigrationsandCapacityManagement.BusinessService/BusinessPartnerCMPIdentifycomparativeadvantageopportunitiestosupportdesignatedComplianceProductSpecialist(CPS)/BPCMPRelationsManager(CRM)toachieveefficiencygains.ProvidecontinuoussupportandupdatestotheCPS/CRMtoachieveefficientmanagementofregulatoryriskSupportprojectsasdelegatedbytheCPS/CRMtoensurethatregulatoryandcompliancecontrolaspectsareconsideredaspartofanybusinessefficiency/changepropositionOperationalEffectiveness&ControlContributeindrivingefficiencyandenhancingeffectivenessofcomplianceinvestigationsandreviews.IdentifyandsharebestpracticesacrosssitesandOperationsteamstoachievealignmentofriskmanagementapproachwhenapplicable.MaintainuptodateMIandreportingasdelegatedbyLCOTeamworkComplywiththeGSM,Legal&ComplianceFIM,theComplianceOfficerHandbook,theGRComplianceDeskInstructionBookandtheGRStaffCodeofConduct,demonstratingHSBCValues&BusinessPrinciples.ContributetobuildinganeffectiveComplianceteamthroughopencommunication,timelyfeedback,executingdevelopmentplans,andstrongsupporttoLCO,CPS/CRMandotherteammembers.Committocontinuouslearningandup-skilling.
